By using this website and/or registering for Arise Above, you agree to the following terms.

Program Participation

Participation in Arise Above requires completion of registration and payment of applicable fees.

Payments & Fees

  • Payments may be made via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension from team activities

Travel

Our program may include out-of-state travel. By registering:

  • Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept travel requirements

  • Additional travel costs may apply (lodging, transportation, meals)

Player Conduct

Players are expected to:

  • Demonstrate sportsmanship and respect

  • Follow coach and team guidelines

  • Represent Arise Above positively at all times

Failure to meet expectations may result in reduced playing time or removal from the program without refund.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to access restricted areas.

Limitation of Liability

Arise Above is not responsible for:

  • Injuries sustained during practices, games, or travel

  • Lost or stolen personal items

  • Third-party service issues (payments, hotels, transportation)

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
